I’ve found by discovering your needs and requirements, I can more effectively put my expertise of analyzing, marketing and negotiating to work for you and put a sold sign on your property or keys in your hand. I utilize a Client Appreciation Program C.A.P. that helps me keep in touch with the needs of my clients.

Experience – 

I am the Broker / Owner of Blue Oaks Realty. I’ve worked for some of the largest real estate companies in the area but I have stepped out to run my own brokerage. We have the best of both worlds. We’re small enough to give you the kind of personal attention that is needed in today’s busy market, with the experience to get the results you want. You won’t be lost in an ocean of people here, because we simply refuse to compromise a personal touch.

Technology – 

With a previous background in the Healthcare, I.T field, I love to embrace technology, especially when it comes to marketing your home, finding the best deals available, and expediting paperwork. I also have managed a field engineering staff that covered the Western United States. I love empowering my team to get their job done right!

Expertise –

I am a Master’s Club member which basically puts me in the top 10% of all realtors in our association based on sales volume. Not only do I have experience as both a Buyer’s and Seller’s Agent, I also work with investors who have a different set of criteria that a owner occupied buyer. I have successfully closed a number of 1031 exchanges for my clients who are looking to exchange their current investment property for another investment.

I am easily accessible via text, email, office phone or cell phone. I always like to check with my clients to see their preference in communication. I will keep you up to date throughout the entire sales process.

Since real estate is my full time career, I pride myself in taking great care of my clients. 75% of my business comes from referrals and the only way this business model works is to have satisfied customers. This “client for life” philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business.

Personal –

I was born and raised in the Bay Area, moved to the Valley during High School and College, moving to Placer County 15 years ago. I enjoy motorcycling, bicycling, outdoors and travel. I am happily married and have five beautiful daughters
